Kypha is an immune insights company led by a highly collaborative team of clinical and medical technology innovators with operations based in St. Louis, MO and Dublin, Ireland. Founded in 2010, Kypha has been driven by the desire to deliver clinically reliable tests for several biomarkers of immune activity, including many belonging to a major arm of the immune system, called complement.

Building on our success in complement testing, Kypha’s solutions and experience now support a bigger vision and much larger market opportunity. Kypha is uniquely positioned to create a new standard of care and be the global leader in precision immune monitoring.
